Im not sure if what im experiencing are real labour symptoms? - real time labour guide

I am 38 weeks pregnant and not know what the symptoms experienced at work. Any advice would be great.

I have now:

Constant evacuations
Back pain all day
Period like cramps
and some irregular contractions

no idea what this could be
